Copy one Kindle to everyone

Copies the chosen Kindle's folders and books into every other member's own shelf, once, now. Each tablet owns its copy and can delete or rearrange it without touching anyone else's, and a book is stored once on disk however many Kindles get it. Nothing already on a member's shelf is removed or overwritten. It runs once, when pressed. Adding books to that Kindle later, or adding a tablet to the group later, reaches nobody until you press Copy again.
